On 25 May 2018, the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) entered into force.
We have conscientiously prepared ourselves for this date and have taken all measures to ensure that we and you as our customer are data protection compliant.
Adaptation of the data protection declaration on our website:
We have updated our data protection regulations and adapted them to the latest legal requirements.
Deletion of personal data of your guests:
We do not store any data that your guests enter into the Guestfriend concierge (enquiry and booking forms, e.g. requests for bread roll service, wellness appointments, etc.). These data are only transmitted to you.
Training of our employees:
Privacy has long been a top priority at Gastfreund GmbH. All our employees have taken part in a certifying course on data protection.
What measures do you need to take?
Sign the DPA:
If you use the so-called "Concierge" (enquiry and booking forms) in your Digital Guest Directory, you need a DPA contract as Gastfreund transmits your guests' data to you.
Please fill in the DPA with your data and send it back to us by clicking on “Submit” in the form. We will then send you the valid agreement.
