Your Guest App has a live chat!
This allows your guests to send you their requests and questions directly and easily via chat at any time, and you can respond quickly.

A guest writes you a message via the envelope in the app:
You reply to your guest by email:

- To reply to the guest, click on “Reply.”
- Now type your reply between the two lines.
- Then you can “Send” the message.
IMPORTANT: When and how you reply to the guest is up to you. The guest also has no expectations regarding the response time and type. We have deliberately left the term “Send message” so that each host can decide for themselves when they want to reply to their guest.
NOTE: If you want to change the email address you have provided, please contact the Customer Experience Team and we will be happy to do this for you.
Longer conversations are also possible:
- All replies you send by email will appear to your guest as a normal chat, similar to messengers such as WhatsApp & Co.
- The guest will also be notified via push notification when you have replied. This way, they won't miss your message.
