Exchange object images

Where can I find my stored property images?

• Log in to the Guestfriend editorial system at intranet.gastfreund.net.
• Click on the menu item ‘Guest App’ to access the editing mode.
• On the left side above the navigation you will find a tab with ‘Object image’, click on the arrow on the right side to expand the area.

• Images in 1:1 and 2:1 format are usually already stored there.

How do I exchange the object images?

• If you move the mouse over the image, the ‘+’ symbol appears with the addition ‘Image from media centre’.
• Now click on the image with your mouse and you have direct access to your media centre.
  You can find out how to upload images to your media centre here.
• Now you can select the desired object image in the media centre, once in 1:1 format and update the image using the ‘Save’ button at the bottom right.
  Then click on the object image in 2:1 format and repeat the process.

Where are the object images displayed?

• When you open your Guest App in the web version in the browser view, the object image is displayed.

• If you send a news item via push message and do not select an image for this news item, the stored object image is displayed for the guests.
  You can find out how to create a news item and send it via push message here.
• If a guest searches for your accommodation in the Guestfriend app, the property image will also be displayed.
• That's it! It's that easy to update your property images.
