Create new pages / subpages

You can create and maintain new pages in the editorial system at any time.

How do I create a new page?

• Log in to the editorial system at intranet.gastfreund.net.
• Click on the menu item ‘Guest App’ to open the editing mode of your digital guest directory.
• Select the page in the navigation where you want to create a new subpage:

• To be able to create a new page, you must work with the following field, which can always be found above the live view of the guest folder:

• The ‘Page name’ field is always filled in with the name of the page you are currently on.
• In the ‘New subpage’ field, enter the name of the new page and then click on ‘Create’.
• Wait a moment and a new empty page will open where you can create the content.
• On the main page (not the newly created page), one of the block elements navigation list or navigation tile must now be integrated so that the subpage is visible (this step is only necessary once, regardless of how many subpages are subsequently created on the page)

How do I create a new main page?

• If you want to include a new main tile, you can do this using the same procedure

• Select the top field with your hotel name in the navigation (in this case the ‘Gastfreund Hotel’) 
  
   

• Here, the ‘Page name’ always automatically contains the hotel name
• Enter the name of the new page and then click on ‘Create’
